They say 'It takes a village' and my journey to becoming a sleep consultant was born out of this belief. The early days of motherhood were tough to say the least. 'Winging it' was getting harder and I was feeling incapable of managing a sleep routine. Hearing things like 'feed on demand' , but not really knowing what my baby was demanding, made me worry often and the sleep deprivation had a negative impact on all of us. We needed help and after seeking a sleep expert, our lives were transformed. We were all finally sleeping, in a matter of days!
I quickly discovered the profound impact of better sleep on the entire family and I wanted every parent to know about it!
I've since practiced as a paediatric sleep coach for over six years, serving hundreds of families across the world, via virtual one-to-one consultations. As a certified sleep coach, my mission is to empower families with knowledge and 'know how' when it comes to managing their children's sleep and schedules, providing realistic solutions they can carry with them for years to come.
