Many years ago I was exactly where you are...functioning on very little sleep, confused by what was 'normal' and really needing some direction. I knew most of all that I needed help to get my child the quality sleep needed for their development. I also needed sleep, to be the best parent I could be.

Everything started to make more sense once we all started sleeping better and I found my confidence. This led me on my journey to qualifying as a sleep coach.

After several years of experience in paediatric sleep consulting, helping 100s of families sleep better, my goal has remained the same:

Empowering families with insight and solutions to their child's sleep needs. Helping as many families as possible regain rest and connection in their homes after welcoming children.

I teach responsive methods of sleep coaching to develop the self settling skills children need to sleep through the night. The Newborn Sleep Plan is designed to gently introduce your precious little one to the world of restful sleep, through bespoke feed, sleep and play patterns that set the foundation for healthy sleep habits from the start.

INFANT SLEEP

(3m - 12m)

The Infant Sleep Plan focuses on nurturing the self soothing abilities that babies now possess. We will create effective routines and gentle sleep coaching methods that support the development of self settling skills, whilst offering loving support.

The Toddler Sleep Plan not only supports children sleeping and staying in their beds through the night, but also empowers young children to feel more 'in control' of their days.
