Many years ago I was exactly where you are...functioning on very little sleep, confused by what was 'normal' and really needing some direction. I knew most of all that I needed help to get my child the quality sleep needed for their development. I also needed sleep, to be the best parent I could be.
Everything started to make more sense once we all started sleeping better and I found my confidence. This led me on my journey to qualifying as a sleep coach.
After several years of experience in paediatric sleep consulting, helping 100s of families sleep better, my goal has remained the same:

Nap Time Struggles
Whether you're dealing with short, inconsistent naps, nap refusals, or transitioning naps--I can guide you through a stress free, realistic plan that will resolve nap struggles fast!

Transitions
I help families through a wide variety of transitions, from teething struggles, to introducing solids, to welcoming new siblings and shared bedrooms, from cot to big bed, nap drops, nursery or school transitions and many other life changes. Children cope better when sleeping/rested.

Bedtime Battles
Bedtime should be a stress-free time for the family. I help you establish a straight forward, easy-to-follow bedtime routine, mentally preparing children for bed. I teach responsive methods of sleep coaching to develop the self settling skills children need to sleep through the night. I support parents with positive reinforcement tools for toddlers and older children to stay in their beds.

Travel
Traveling with a baby or toddler can disrupt their sleep routine. I can help to create a travel plan that considers the journey, planning activities and managing time difference.

Our Sleep Plans

NEWBORN SLEEP
The Newborn Sleep Plan is designed to gently introduce your precious little one to the foundations of restful sleep.
Effective daily routines that will encourage your baby to feed and sleep longer stretches each week, as they grow to infancy and beyond. Your baby does not have to be born yet to execute this plan.
If the precious little one is already here, this will be tailored to them.

INFANT SLEEP
The Infant Sleep Plan focuses on your babies’ unique balance of sleep in the day and night, ensuring their sleep needs are met for their age and stage.
We will create effective routines that encourage a full night’s sleep and better naps in the day, so that they are rested and parents have more time and flexibility to look after them. We achieve this through responsive sleep training methods that support the development of self-settling skills they need to achieve a 10-12 hour night consistently in two weeks.

The Toddler/child Sleep Plan focuses on your child’s unique balance of sleep in the day and night, ensuring their sleep needs are met for their stage group. We will create effective routines that encourage a full night’s sleep without wakes but also empowers young children to feel more 'in control' of their days. I teach parents positive reinforcement approaches that affirm children whilst still maintaining healthy boundaries at bedtime and beyond.
(All packages include twins and multiples, with an additional £50 to the cost)
